Six Sigma is a highly disciplined process that helps us focus on developing and delivering near perfect results. Why Sigma? The word is a statistical term that measures how far a given process deviates from perfection. The central idea behind six sigma is that if you can measure how many defects you have in a process, you can systemically figure out how to eliminate them and get a close to 'zero defects" as possible. Define what the goals of the player are

Measure the player's skills through an evaluation utilizing quantitative methods and tools.

Analyze the results of the evaluation with the player.

Improve the player's skills by creating a customized program designed to remove any "defects" and enhance strengths

Monitor the player's performance over time and alert the player to any changes in his process that may cause defects
