Develop a stronger, more confident pitcher through focused instruction in mechanics, command, velocity, arm care, and overall pitching performance. Each session is tailored to the player's age, ability, and goals, with an emphasis on building proper fundamentals and repeatable mechanics.

Training may include:

  • Pitching mechanics and delivery
  • Fastball command and location
  • Secondary pitch development
  • Velocity and arm-strength development
  • Balance, lower-body power and core stability
  • Pickoffs, holding runners and fielding the position

Build a stronger, more complete hitter through focused instruction designed around each player's age, skill level, and goals. Lessons emphasize proper swing mechanics, bat speed, timing, approach, consistency, and power while developing the confidence needed to perform in game situations.

Training may include:

  • Bat speed and exit velocity development
  • Balance, load and lower-body mechanics
  • Timing and pitch recognition
  • Barrel control and consistent hard contact
  • Gap-to-gap and power development

Develop into a more confident, consistent defender through focused instruction tailored to each player's age, position, skill level, and goals. Lessons emphasize proper fundamentals, quicker reactions, efficient footwork, strong throwing mechanics, and making plays under game-like conditions.

  • Footwork, balance and body positioning
  • Glove work and soft hands
  • Forehand and backhand technique
