Every month, athletes receive four private 1-on-1 training sessions, allowing them to focus on the specific areas of their game they want to enhance.

You Choose Your Training:

Utilize all four sessions for one discipline or mix and match according to your player's individual development goals.

Need more work at the plate? Choose hitting. 

Want to improve velocity and pitching mechanics? Opt for pitching. 

Need to build strength and explosiveness? Select strength training. 

Want to enhance speed and athleticism? Go for speed training. 

Or design a combination that suits your player best.
