GEORGE LOMBARD joins USBS
Professional Baseball Player George Lombard will be providing hitting instruction to U.S. Baseball School students in the South Florida area during this off season.
George was a 2nd round draft choice for the Atlanta Braves in 1994 and brings 14 years of professional baseball to U.S. Baseball School including Major League experience with the Atlanta Braves, Detroit Tigers, Tampa Bay Devil Rays and most recently the Washington Nationals. George was also a Southern League (AA) all star during the 1998-1999 season while he was playing in the Atlanta Braves organization .
In addition to great power at the plate, George has amazing speed and is an outstanding base stealer so he will certainly help U.S. Baseball School members gain The Competitive Edge in more than one aspect of the game.
