Development Programs
U.S. Baseball School has a development program to fit each players needs. Based on an in depth consultation and evaluation, our Player Development Specialist and you will be able to decide which of the programs listed below or which skill discipline listed within the program(s) would be most beneficial for you to work on to get your skills where you need them to be and give you The Competitive Edge.
Rookie Ball (8-10 years old)
Teaches the fundamentals
Balance; Pitching; Mechanics; Throwing; Base Running; Fielding; First Step Movements; Hitting/Bunting; Eye Hand Coordination
A: Junior High Prep Program (11-12 years old)
Expands and improves on the fundamentals and gets you ready to play on regulation sized fields
Advanced Balance Drills; Pitching Mechanics/location/movement; Arm Strength Drills/Exercises; Situational Base Running; Situational Fielding (i.e. double plays, relays); Base Stealing/Sliding; Hitting to all fields/Bunting to specific locations; Reaction Drills to improve eye hand coordination
AA: High School Prep Program (13-15 years old)
Gets you prepared for Varsity Baseball
Enhance Bat Speed; Visual Speed; Running Speed; Throwing Speed/Arm Strength
AAA: College Prep Program (16-18 years old)
Gives you a head start towards your transition from High School to College Baseball
Hone/improve your baseball skills; Discuss diet and strength/conditioning; get you ready to be seen by college recruiters/professional scouts
